Prawns Pakoda




Ingredients:-


  1. 10-15 medium size prawns

  2. half cup besan

  3. 1 tsp red chili powder

  4. 1 tsp turmeric powder

  5. 1 tsp garam masala

  6. 1 tsp garlic paste

  7. asafoetida

  8. oil for deep fry

  9. salt




Procedure:-


  1. Mix besan, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala,
    salt, asfoetida, garlic paste and some water. Mix well.

  2. Add prawns into the mixture.

  3. Keep it for 5-10 min.

  4. Now deep fry Prawns.

  5. Serve with tomato sauce.
