Prawns Pakoda
Ingredients:-
- 10-15 medium size prawns
- half cup besan
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- asafoetida
- oil for deep fry
- salt
Procedure:-
- Mix besan, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala,
salt, asfoetida, garlic paste and some water. Mix well. - Add prawns into the mixture.
- Keep it for 5-10 min.
- Now deep fry Prawns.
- Serve with tomato sauce.
