Special Bangda Curry
Special Bangda Curry
Ingredients:-
- 2 bangda cut into pieces
- 6-8 garlic cloves
- pinch of asafoetida
- 1tsp turmeric powder
- 1-1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 5-6 tsp tamarind juice
- 1 glass coconut milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt
Ingredients For Red Masala Paste:-
- 3-4 dry red chillies
- garlic
- half cup fresh grated coconut
- 1 tsp udid dal
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp raw rice
- 1 tsp methi dana
- 1 tbsp oil
Procedure Of Red Masala Paste:-
First roast udid dal,raw rice,methi dana and coriander in the oil.
And make paste of all tese things with red chillies ,coconut and
garlic.
Procedure:-
- Heat oil and add asafoetida ,crushed garlic to it.
- After 2 min add bangda pieces ,red chili powder, turmeric
powder, garam masala, coriander powder, tamarind juice and salt. - Add 1 cup of water.
- Cook for 5 min.
- Now add coconut milk.
- Cook for 10 min.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
