Crispy Bangda Fry

Crispy Bangda Fry




Ingredients:-



  1. 2-3 whole bangda

  2. 1tsp turmeric powder

  3. 2 tsp red chilli powder

  4. 6-8 garlic cloves (crushed)

  5. 3 tbsp oil

  6. pinch of asafoetida

  7. salt




Procedure:-



  1. Clean tha bangda. Remove head of bangda.

  2. Give 3-4 deep cut to bangda from both sides.

  3. Make a mixture of turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garlic, salt
    and 1 tbsp oil.

  4. Apply mixture to the bangda and also fill it into the deep cut.

  5. Now sprinkle some suzi on bangda.

  6. Heat oil in a fry-pan.

  7. Shallow fry the bangda from both sides for 15-20 min.

  8. Serve with roti, chapatti or bhakri.
