Crispy Bangda Fry
Ingredients:-
- 2-3 whole bangda
- 1tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- 6-8 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 3 tbsp oil
- pinch of asafoetida
- salt
Procedure:-
- Clean tha bangda. Remove head of bangda.
- Give 3-4 deep cut to bangda from both sides.
- Make a mixture of turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garlic, salt
and 1 tbsp oil. - Apply mixture to the bangda and also fill it into the deep cut.
- Now sprinkle some suzi on bangda.
- Heat oil in a fry-pan.
- Shallow fry the bangda from both sides for 15-20 min.
- Serve with roti, chapatti or bhakri.
