Chicken Kadhai

Chicken Kadhai


Ingredients:-
  1. ½ Kg Chicken
  2. fresh green masala
  3. 4 tsp turmeric powder
  4. 3 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1 tsp garam masala
  6. ½ tsp coriander powder
  7. garlic paste (15 cloves)
  8. 1 bay leaf
  9. salt
  10. oil

Ingredients For Green Masala Paste:-
  1. 3-4 green chillies
  2. half cup fresh grated coconut
  3. garlic 2-3 cloves
  4. 1 onion
  5. 1-1/2 inch piece of ginger
  6. coriander leaves


Procedure:-
  1. Apply turmeric powder to chicken and keep it for 15 min.
  2. Heat oil and add asafetida, bay leaf and garlic paste.
  3. Add chicken and mix well.
  4. Now add half cup of water and cook for 10 min.
  5. After 10 min add red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, coriander powder,green masala paste to it.
  6. Cover tha pan and cook for 10-15min.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  8. Serve with roti or chapati.
