Chicken Kadhai
Chicken Kadhai
Ingredients:-
- ½ Kg Chicken
- fresh green masala
- 4 tsp turmeric powder
- 3 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- garlic paste (15 cloves)
- 1 bay leaf
- salt
- oil
Ingredients For Green Masala Paste:-
- 3-4 green chillies
- half cup fresh grated coconut
- garlic 2-3 cloves
- 1 onion
- 1-1/2 inch piece of ginger
- coriander leaves
Procedure:-
- Apply turmeric powder to chicken and keep it for 15 min.
- Heat oil and add asafetida, bay leaf and garlic paste.
- Add chicken and mix well.
- Now add half cup of water and cook for 10 min.
- After 10 min add red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, coriander powder,green masala paste to it.
- Cover tha pan and cook for 10-15min.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with roti or chapati.
