Chicken Biryani

Chicken Biryani




Ingredients :-


  1. 250gm boneless chicken

  2. 1 bowl raw rice

  3. 1 1/2 tsp red chili powder

  4. 1 tsp turmeric powder

  5. 1 tsp garam masala

  6. crushed garlic(10 cloves)

  7. potato cut into pieces (optional)

  8. oil

  9. 1 bay leaf

  10. asafoetida

  11. salt

  12. boiled water- 2 glass




Procedure :-



  1. Wash and rinse the rice .And keep it for 15min.

  2. Cut chicken into medium size pieces.

  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add asafoetida, bay leaf and garlic to it.

  4. Now add chicken, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and potato.

  5. Sauté for 3-4 min.

  6. Now add raw rice and mix well.

  7. After that add boiled water and salt to it.

  8. Cover the pan.

  9. Cook for 15min on low heat.

  10. Garnish with tomato and chopped coriander leaves.
