Chicken Biryani
Ingredients :-
- 250gm boneless chicken
- 1 bowl raw rice
- 1 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- crushed garlic(10 cloves)
- potato cut into pieces (optional)
- oil
- 1 bay leaf
- asafoetida
- salt
- boiled water- 2 glass
Procedure :-
- Wash and rinse the rice .And keep it for 15min.
- Cut chicken into medium size pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add asafoetida, bay leaf and garlic to it.
- Now add chicken, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and potato.
- Sauté for 3-4 min.
- Now add raw rice and mix well.
- After that add boiled water and salt to it.
- Cover the pan.
- Cook for 15min on low heat.
- Garnish with tomato and chopped coriander leaves.
