Chicken Leg Fry
Ingredients:-
- 2 leg piece of Chicken
- 2 tsp turmeric powder
- 3 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- 2 inch ginger piece
- garlic paste (10 cloves)
- 1 bay leaf
- coriander leaves
- asafetida
- salt
- oil
Procedure:-
- Make a paste of green chillies, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves.
- Give 1 inch cut to the leg pieces.
- Fill the above paste into the cuts of leg pieces.
- Leave it for 15 min.
- Now heat the oil and add asafetida and bay leaf.
- Now add chicken ,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,garam masala and salt.
- Mix well and cook for 15-20 min.
- Serve with chapati or roti.
