Chicken Leg Fry

Chicken Leg Fry




Ingredients:-



  1. 2 leg piece of Chicken

  2. 2 tsp turmeric powder

  3. 3 tsp red chilli powder

  4. 1 tsp garam masala

  5. ½ tsp coriander powder

  6. 2 inch ginger piece

  7. garlic paste (10 cloves)

  8. 1 bay leaf

  9. coriander leaves

  10. asafetida

  11. salt

  12. oil





Procedure:-



  1. Make a paste of green chillies, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves.

  2. Give 1 inch cut to the leg pieces.

  3. Fill the above paste into the cuts of leg pieces.

  4. Leave it for 15 min.

  5. Now heat the oil and add asafetida and bay leaf.

  6. Now add chicken ,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,garam masala and salt.

  7. Mix well and cook for 15-20 min.

  8. Serve with chapati or roti.
