Curd Chicken

Curd Chicken


Ingredients:-

  1. 250gm Chicken
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. 2 tsp turmeric powder
  4. 3 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1 tsp garam masala
  6. ½ tsp coriander powder
  7. 2 tsp giner-garlic paste
  8. 1/2 tsp green chilli paste
  9. 1 bay leaf
  10. coriander leaves
  11. asafetida
  12. salt
  13. oil


Procedure:-

  1. First marignate chicken with green chilli paste, ginger-garlic paste and curd.
  2. Leave it for 15 min.
  3. Now heat oil and add asafetida and bay leaf.
  4. Now add marignated chicken ,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,coriander powder garam masala and salt.
  5. Mix well and cook for 15-20 min.
  6. Serve with chapati or roti.
