Chilli Chicken (Dry)


Ingredients
  1. boneless Chicken 250gm
  2. (cut into small cubes)
  3. 1 egg
  4. green chillies 4-5
  5. capsicum 250gm
  6. white paper
  7. cornflour 1 tbsp
  8. soya sauce 2 tbsp
  9. chicken stock
  10. garlic chopped
  11. ginger chopped
  12. salt
  13. oil

Procedure
  1. First marinate chicken pieces with egg,white paper,garlic and pinch of salt and white paper.
  2. Mix well the whole mixture and keep it in the fridge for half an hour
  3. Heat oil in a pan
  4. Fry the chicken pieces.
  5. Keep the fried chicken pieces in a separate container.
  6. After that heat oil 3-4 tbsp in another pan.
  7. And saute garlic,ginger and green chillies.
  8. After 2 min. add fried chicken,chopped capsicum,salt,soya sauce and chicken stock.
  9. Mix the cornflour with a little water and add in the pan.
  10. Stir well and keep it for 5-7 min.
  11. Serve hot.
