Chilli Chicken (Dry)
Ingredients
- boneless Chicken 250gm (cut into small cubes)
- 1 egg
- green chillies 4-5
- capsicum 250gm
- white paper
- cornflour 1 tbsp
- soya sauce 2 tbsp
- chicken stock
- garlic chopped
- ginger chopped
- salt
- oil
Procedure
- First marinate chicken pieces with egg,white paper,garlic and pinch of salt and white paper.
- Mix well the whole mixture and keep it in the fridge for half an hour
- Heat oil in a pan
- Fry the chicken pieces.
- Keep the fried chicken pieces in a separate container.
- After that heat oil 3-4 tbsp in another pan.
- And saute garlic,ginger and green chillies.
- After 2 min. add fried chicken,chopped capsicum,salt,soya sauce and chicken stock.
- Mix the cornflour with a little water and add in the pan.
- Stir well and keep it for 5-7 min.
- Serve hot.
