Mutton Recipes

Shami Kabab



Ingredients


  1. 500 gms minced Mutton

  2. 2 Eggs

  3. 2-3 tbsp Bengal Gram soaked 3-4 hours

  4. 4-5 Green Chillies

  5. 1 Chopped Onion

  6. 2-3 Black Paper

  7. 2-3 Cloves

  8. 1 tsp Cumin Seed

  9. 1 " long piece Ginger

  10. 1 " small piece Cinnamon

  11. 8-10 cloves Garlic

  12. 1 glass of Water

  13. salt

  14. oil




Procedure


  1. Boil the water and add minced meat in it.

  2. Now add soaked gram dal, green chillies, onin, garlic, cumin seeds, black paper, cloves, cinnamon and ginger into the water.

  3. Add salt and boil till water get absorbed.

  4. Now grind this mixture into a fine paste.

  5. Mix well the bitten eggs.

  6. Make round shape kababs or tikkies.

  7. Deep kababs into the bitten eggs mixture.

  8. Heat oil and deep fry kababs till get gplden brown.

  9. Serve hot with tomato sauce.

  10. Stir well and keep it for 5-7 min.

  11. Serve hot.
