Simple Pomphret Curry
Simple Pomphret Curry
Ingredients:-
- 2 pomphret cut into pieces
- 6-8 garlic cloves
- pinch of asafoetida
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1-1/2 tsp red chilly powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 5-6 tsp tamarind juice
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt
Procedure:-
- Heat oil and add asafoetida ,crushed garlic into the oil.
- After 2 min add pomphret pieces ,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,
garam masala,coriander powder and salt to it. - Now add 1 glass of water.
- Cook for 5 min.
- Mix tamarind juice in the curry.
- Cook for 10 min.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.

Pomphret Curry With Green Masala
Ingredients :-
- 2 pomphret cut into pieces
- 6-8 garlic cloves

- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 5-6 tsp tamarind juice

Green Masala Paste:-
Make a paste of 3-4 green chillies,half cup of fresh grated coconut,
coriander leaves,2-3 garlic cloves.
Procedure :-
- Heat oil and add asafoetida ,crushed garlic to it.

powder,garam masala, coriander powder and salt to it. - Now add 1 glass of water.
